We believe that a wood-fired oven is the best way to create the most authentic pizza. We don’t cook your pizza from the heat of the fire. Instead, we heat up the bricks and walls of the oven, which allows the oven to reach very high temperatures, resulting in very tasty pizzas you’ll absolutely love.
our dough
We prepare all our dough in-house following our refined recipe and let it ferment for 48 hours. The fermentation slows down the activity of the yeast to produce amazing flavours. This process results in our thin crunchy crust that gives an amazing sensation after it has been cooked in the woodfire oven.

Our pizzas are made from high quality, fresh produce including: creamy, locally-sourced cheeses, quality meats, rich, tangy sauces, farm fresh vegetables and herbs.
